Jaron Ball joined Roark and Sutton in 2023 as a Client Services Representative. His role is to to help assist the account executives with servicing existing accounts, creating submissions for prospect accounts, and other administrative duties. Jaron is a graduate of Missouri State University and earned a degree in General Business in 2012. For the past 12 years, he has worked in his family’s collision repair shop as an estimator/operations manager. Through this experience, he was able to gain some knowledge of and interest in the insurance industry during his time there which led him towards Roark and Sutton when he began looking for a new career path.
