Background
Ross joined Roark & Sutton in the spring of 2025 as a customer service representative and account executive, and now works as a producer on the sales team. A St. Louis native, he attended Webster University and played collegiate baseball there. He began his insurance career helping small business owners find coverage that actually fit, and has built on that with work in risk management and coverage analysis.
