Co-Founder & Advisor

In insurance since 2010. Missouri State University, Finance/Economics. Former MSU football wide receiver. 6 years at Federated Insurance as Marketing Representative, 2 years as commercial broker before co-founding R&S.

“Most people may not fully understand what they are buying when it comes to insurance, instead looking at it as a necessary evil.”

Interests: Boating, cycling, family (wife Megan, kids Lucy, Penny, JP), cold beer, high-horsepower engines.

In commercial insurance since 2009. Missouri State, BS Finance + Insurance minor. 6 years Federated Insurance, 2 years HM Risk, then co-founded R&S. Focus: navigating the intricacies of commercial insurance contracts to best position clients in mitigating their exposure to risk.

“Son Graham diagnosed with lymphoma in Dec. 2019 at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital — now healthy. Hosts annual "G-Strong Invitational" golf tournament (first Monday of October) to raise funds for St. Jude.”

Interests: Golf, lake, reading, CrossFit, Jiu-Jitsu, snow skiing.

Advisor, ERIS Certified

Ray White joined Roark & Sutton in 2021 and has built his practice around the accounts that demand genuine expertise: hazmat, petroleum, oil & gas, and environmental fleets and contractors. As a designated Energy Risk and Insurance Specialist (ERIS), Ray brings a level of technical expertise that sets him apart. His goal for you is straightforward: to help companies win inside a broken insurance system using specialized tools and strategies you simply won't find anywhere else. Outside the office, Ray enjoys cooking on the Big Green Egg. He and his wife, Christa, are raising their son Harvey in Conway, Arkansas, and are expecting their second son.

Advisor, Trucking Specialist

College of the Ozarks graduate. Grew up in trucking industry. Specializes exclusively in trucking insurance.
